CyberSecurity Enthusiast is a space created by Shawn Faham to share insights, ideas, and projects focused on cybersecurity—particularly in medical device product security. The goal is not monetization, but education: to inform and inspire others interested in the evolving landscape of cybersecurity.
Shawn Faham is a certified cybersecurity professional with over a decade of IT experience, specializing in security architecture, risk management, and compliance for the medical device industry. With dual master’s degrees in Security Technologies and Business Administration, Shawn brings a strategic and technical perspective to product security. His expertise includes identity management, incident response, threat hunting, and regulatory compliance (FDA, NIST, ISO 14971, 21 CFR Part 820).
He is passionate about building secure, compliant medical technologies and advancing cybersecurity best practices across the product lifecycle.
